3D Coordinate Measuring Machine
Full 3D geometric tolerance detection. It inspects flatness, perpendicularity, concentricity and complex curved surface data of large & complex precision parts, and supports output of full-size dimension inspection reports.
2D Video Measuring Machine
We equip in-house 2D vision measuring equipment to deliver micron-level precise dimensional inspection for CNC machined parts, sheet metal and plastic molded components.
Tensile Test
We provide professional tensile testing for metal, plastic and new energy precision materials. Items include tensile strength, yield strength and elongation at break. Standard official test reports can be provided.
Hardness Tester
Rockwell & Vickers hardness testing equipment for verifying material hardness after heat treatment, anodizing and QPQ treatment to ensure consistent mechanical performance.
Salt Spray Test Chamber
