How our ordering process works

1. Upload files

Upload your CAD file instantly, we accept .STEP, .STL, .IGS, .PDF, .DXF , .DWG file formats.

Quotations can be provided with dimension drawings even if 3D drawings are not available, though a 3D drafting fee will apply.

2. Get instant or 24hr quote

Simple parts will receive a quote within 24 hours, and we’ll provide quotes for multiple manufacturing processes for your selection.

 a simple quick-inquiry option for fast requests, and a dedicated channel for uploading individual quotation drawings—with customizable fields to add separate remarks and precisely specify materials, quantities, and technical requirements.

3. Place order

When you are happy to proceed, you can either pay by Paypal, set up a credit account or share your quote with the project lead.

We promptly arrange orders upon verifying the PO and payment receipt, and notify customers of the orders that have been scheduled for production.

4. Receive your parts

All parts are Virtual QC checked and then Physically QC checked by FORMEX team.

You can also register an account to obtain order photos, waybills and other relevant information through specific order tracking.We ship globally.
